Each of Aspen Court’s 42 bedrooms offers a private, bright, and spacious retreat. Designed with comfort in mind, every room features an en-suite walk-in shower, nurse call system, direct dial telephone, and modern amenities including Freeview TV, broadband internet, and adjustable electric beds with underfloor heating. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own furnishings and treasured belongings to create a truly homely environment.

Lounges

Aspen Court has several lounges throughout the home, providing comfortable and inviting spaces for residents to relax and socialise. These areas are light and airy, designed thoughtfully to be easy to navigate, especially for those with dementia. The lounges offer a peaceful setting for conversation, watching television, or spending quiet time with family and friends.

A special feature of Aspen Court is its light-filled conservatory overlooking the secure landscaped gardens. This tranquil space is perfect for quiet reflection, enjoying a book, or participating in gentle group activities. The natural sunlight and garden views provide a calming environment enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.

 

Landscaped Gardens

The secure, beautifully maintained gardens feature safe wandering pathways, raised beds for seasonal gardening, and seating areas shaded by mature trees. Residents often enjoy spending time gardening or simply enjoying the outdoors in this safe and stimulating environment.

 

Tailored Activities

At Aspen Court, our activities programme is thoughtfully designed to support the wellbeing and interests of every resident. We understand that meaningful engagement plays a vital role in maintaining physical health, mental stimulation, and emotional balance. Our experienced activities coordinator works closely with residents to tailor the programme, offering a variety of options that cater to different abilities and preferences.

The programme includes gentle exercise classes, creative arts and crafts, music sessions, and reminiscence groups that help residents connect with their memories and with one another. Seasonal celebrations, social evenings, and outings in our minibus provide opportunities for fun and connection beyond the home. We also have a therapy dog called Gizmo who visits residents.
