Aspen Court Care Home offers a flexible and responsive approach to both long-term and short-term complex care placements. Our specialist team is experienced in supporting adults with advancing dementia and complex nursing needs, and we also offer palliative and respite care.

To ensure our home is the right fit, we work closely with the person being referred, their family, and health and social care partners throughout the referral, assessment, and admission process. Our Clinical Assessors work with you to carry out an assessment promptly after receiving a referral, helping to ensure continuity of care and a smooth, well-supported transition into our service.

 

Specialist Nursing Care

Our Specialist Nursing Care offers comprehensive, 24-hour clinical support for residents with complex medical needs. Staffed by qualified nurses, this service covers chronic condition management, rehabilitation, medication administration, and wound care.
